2024 Condo Website Requirements

Lawmakers in both the House and Senate unanimously passed Florida House Bill HB 1021 and Senate Bill SB 1178 (respectively), amending Chapter 718, reducing the requirement threshold for condominium associations to operate an association website. The amendment changes the threshold from 150 units or more to 25 units or more and adds additional content requirements.
